The deal, in plain English.

By downloading, installing or using DJSet, or by buying a license through this site, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree with them, do not install the app.

DJSet Free is licensed to you at no cost for personal and commercial DJ use, including paid gigs. There is no separate commercial tier and no performance royalty owed to us.

A DJSet Pro License key unlocks the full studio permanently. "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the product: the key does not expire, does not renew, and is not a subscription.

• You may activate your key on every Android device you personally own.
• You may not resell, sublicense, publish or share your key. A key found in public circulation may be revoked.
• You may not decompile, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app or its native libraries.
• The app, its audio engine, its interface and the DJSet name and marks remain ours.

Anything you load into DJSet stays yours. We claim no rights over your music library, your mixes or the recordings you make with the session recorder.

You are responsible for holding the rights to the music you play and record, and for whatever licensing your venue, stream or broadcast requires. DJSet is a tool; it does not grant you rights to anyone else’s recordings.

DJSet is distributed as a direct APK rather than through an app store. Installing it requires you to allow installation from unknown sources on your device, which is a setting you control and can turn back off afterwards.

Only install builds obtained from this site. We cannot vouch for a copy of DJSet found anywhere else, and a modified build is not covered by anything on this page.

DJSet Pro License costs $29.99 USD as a single payment. Tax may be added at checkout depending on where you are.

If DJSet is not for you, email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. You do not need to justify the request. Your key is deactivated when the refund is issued.

We may change the price of future purchases. A price change never affects a license you already hold.

We aim to keep this site and the download available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and we may take either offline for maintenance. Your license is not affected by downtime — the app runs offline and does not phone home to stay unlocked.

DJSet is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including a set that goes wrong, a recording that is lost, or a gig that does not happen.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid us, which is at most $29.99.

Nothing here removes consumer rights you have by law in your own country.

You can end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the app. We may end it if you breach these terms — for example by sharing or reselling a key — in which case the key is revoked and no refund is due.
